Maintenance responses takes too long for someone to come out to the apartment. Some things have gotten a little bit better from management team, but there is still a need for improvement.

It’s just…ok. Living here I thought would be a decent after college first apartment experience but honestly it wasn’t all that great. All the leasing agents are super nice though.

Moving into my new apartment was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The leasing team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions quickly and made sure everything was ready on move-in day. The apartment itself was spotless, freshly painted, and exactly as described. All appliances were brand new and working perfectly, and the layout is both modern and spacious. I especially love the natural lighting and the... quiet atmosphere of the community. The building feels safe and well-maintained, and the neighbors have been welcoming and respectful. Maintenance responded promptly to a small request I had during my first week, which really shows how much they care about residents. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. It truly feels like home already. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for comfort and quality living. ?????

Really nice and quiet place with good roommates. Stafe very nice and helpful. Units come uncleaned and your utility bill will include part of the apt common area rooms (ex pool, gym, computer lab).
