Not really a place I would want college students to live in , bugs get into food in the pantry , it’s a net fest. The only thing good is the parking

The apartment itself has a couple defects. They have random pricing for utilities. They do not take care of the outdoor area. Maintenance never does their job correctly. Very low effort

My experience as a resident has been very positive. The community is well maintained, and the common areas are consistently clean and welcoming. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests and resolves issues efficiently. I also appreciate the friendly and professional management staff, who communicate clearly and are always willing to help.

The community is truly great and feels very safe and secure, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The environment is friendly, welcoming, and well-maintained. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, fast, and always willing to assist with any requests or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Overall, I’ve been having a very positive experience living here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.
