Moved here in august, its been great so far. Everyone here the staff n community is friendly. The amenities are clean and my favorites being the pool and the gym. All the staff works hard to make sure everything in the community is running smoothly. Thank yall!

Overall despite the repairs that are needed and some criminal activities which have been much less ever since security has been added, this is still one of my apartment complex that I have lived in, and the amenities are the best!

The maintenance could be faster, it took them a few months to come and fix the shower. Other than that everything is pretty smooth, the community is pretty clean.

Renew Tallahassee has a great atmosphere with a helpful staff,.The grounds here at Renew Tallahassee also have useful amenities such as outdoor pool, gym - etc... looking for a great place to stay for a reasonable price you have found it at Renew Tallahassee
