maintain ace took a month to change my washer. gym equipment is broken and outdated, pool is nice, pickleball lines are too light. there was a lizard living in my apartment when I moved in.

security is nice, my roommates r cool and i really like the amnesties. rent prices are fair and utilities aren’t too bad so i would honestly say it isn’t bad living here
