The Social Seminole is a solid choice for FSU students. The location is convenient—close to campus, bus stops, and local spots. The community has a friendly vibe and the staff is generally responsive and helpful. Amenities like the pool, gym, and study areas are a nice bonus. However, maintenance requests can sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed, which can be frustrating during busy times. Overall, it's a decent place to live if you're looking for a student-centered environment... with good social energy and walkable access to essentials.

Good price, most maintenance request gets done but not all. Been here a week now and still no front door key, blinds in living room still needs replacing, roaches appear in apartment.

The apartment is a little dirtier than I expected. I don’t like that the bathroom and sink are separate rooms. The bathroom could use a little bit more space.

Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.

My experience here is amazing staff are incredible they Re on go with just one minor complaint , it’s quiet and calm here, roommates are nice and understanding and reasonable
