These apartments have a VERY bad roach and pest problem. We toured a unit that no one has ever lived in and when we moved into our actual apartment we were very disappointed with the quality of our unit, very ran down and dirty. They do take care of their tenants but please ask to tour the unit you SIGNED for, not the unit they show everyone!

Great first apartment

I rented a 1x1 for my boyfriend and I. It has plenty of room for the 2 of us. The apartments aren't that fancy, but the management did have the carpet ripped up for us prior to moving in due to the previous tenant's smoking habits. The microwave handle was broken upon arrival and the walls were filthy, but no deal breakers. The staff is very helpful and super sweet. Overall, these apartments are great for first time renters.

Great size amazing price great location

My daughter has been there for a year now and has a great size apartment and room. Look foward to her hopefully staying for years to come. Great location from all schools. Management always responds... Would like a little updating in thr apartment but I love it and look forward to having my daughter stay for more years

Roaches, don't live here

There are roaches that they refuse to do anything about. I have never had issues like this in my entire life.
