Apartment Description
A relatively small student housing complex, our property size allows us to build meaningful relationships at a more personable level. We are a community that prides itself on servicing our tenants to the utmost of our abilities.
Ceiling fell and it took basically a month to sort of fix it. We still have two holes and it leaks from time to time. Due to the holes we have roaches and the exterminator barely comes. So far the landlord hasn’t been here for days and it’s hard to see her sometimes. She tries her best but there’s only so much she can do and what she is supposed be doing which is being present at the office hours she has set up she isn’t even present. Higher ups do not care and they will not give us the refund on our rent for the horrible quality of living. Water flooded our apartment and I’ve had a work of art ruined due to this situation. My roommate got ill because of the mold growing in the apartment. I pay for a roof over my head and I didn’t even have one… It sucks. Save your money, sanity, and time.
