room on move in was not okay but hopefully maintenance fixes everything soon. my room had bugs and mold issues and things broken. its a nice place overall.

This is a good place to live. The maintenance is very fast at fixing things and proximity to campus is amazing. More community events would be very fun throughout the year!

Very nice and quiet apartments situated close to campus. I really appreciated the staff team and their patience and effort during the school year aswell.

Convenient area, close to shopping places and food. Unlimited free parking. Easy 5 minute drive to campus and a bus stop is right in front the apartment. Spacious room. Study lounge and gym are very nice. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Only downside is that the stairwell and balcony area gets dirty and is cleaned maybe twice a year. Tenants and frats are loud sometimes but it’s not intolerable.
