My son returned to his apartment the day before moveout and after studying abroad for the summer only to find that his room had been entered ( by someone with a key ,i.e. staff)and his personal belongings (clothes, books) taken. His bedding was placed in a trash bag and left on the floor. Other items were trashed. Rent & utilities (in excess I might add)were paid even when not being occupied. The property manager admits staff was in the apartment to evict another tenant but deny any wrongdoing as concerns my sons belongings. There has been no reasonable explanation for what occurred. We have to involve the police.

Never live here SERIOUSLY
They are forcing me to relocate to a different apartment with only 2 months left in my lease because none of my roommates are here for summer even though my roommates and I are all still paying rent. West 10 also told me they could NOT guarantee my safety with my new roommates. So morale of the story, never live at this place it is absolutely horrendous, management is disrespectful and does not know how to run an establishment. I also want to add that I signed this lease assuming this place was of quality and respected their tenants which is clearly not true at all

The Standards Have Fallen
I have lived here over a year. Since I moved in, standards have been declining. There is dog poop all over, there is no grass around the complex, and the management is lazy. I have called maintenance only for them to come, do a sloppy fix and then for it to break again a month later. The Internet here is the absolute WORST because they only pay for the mediocre plan from Comcast. They will fine you if you leave trash outside your door for a couple hours before you have to go somewhere. The amenities around here have disappeared. There used to abe Keurig coffee and teas in the office and now there is only some cheap old coffee maker because they stopped paying for K Cups. I can only imagine that the standards will continue to decrease (even though rates will increase). I will not be living here again as a result of this.

Home Sweet Home
I live in a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment and it's been a very pleasant stay. With the few troubles I have run into, communication with West 10 management is easy, they respond quickly, and will help you until the problem is solved. Although I live alone, I feel safe in my apartment and have experienced great comfort there. I would absolutely recommend West 10 for anyone looking for a place to live for a few years!
