This was the nicest apartment complex I toured and have lived in. I highly recommend Sofie as your leasing agent. She was very knowledgeable about the property. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. She made the move in process very smooth. This was be far my best move in experience I have had at any property.

Quiet Place

I have lived here for a year and will be renewing my lease soon. Townhomes at 770 is close to my job but far enough a way from the noise and traffic to be a great get a way.

Close to Colleges

This place is great for roommates because it both bedrooms have a private bath and 2 closets. There is no roam towing, a fitness center, package locker and a nature trail fir my dog!

Overall I enjoy living here I think the leasing office does a great job responding to complaints and they are quick to respond to things that happen. They also added a courtesy office which is great, I have seen them in the evenings and night patrolling the property! Also maintenance team is so friendly. I see them working hard and they are always taking care of the community. I still think some of the people who live here should treat the community better, but like the location and how the... office responds to situations.
