Not happy with this place at all! They keep shutting everbodys water without telling us. There stuff is broken and charge us more in our bill and it aint safe either. We fina get outa here soon. The staff is ok, but thats it.

I love my leasing offfice!

Great place to live
Rolling hills is a great place to stay. It’s very quiet and comfortable. The ones in the leasing office is very friendly. Maintenance is always on the job when there is an issue. Very understandable. A great place to be.

STAY AWAY! FLEAS AND MOLD
STAY AWAY! Flea and black mold infested. Management refuses to pay to exterminate fleas though they are legally bound to do so. Black mold everywhere. Mailboxes all have broken doors so mail is constantly in danger of being stolen. It's nearly impossible to get anything fixed. It's a very unsafe community. Terrible terrible terrible.
