I love living here! The staff (all of them) are professional, helpful, friendly and great at communicating with the tenants. For sure 5star rating and most of, ask for Rebecca! She is incredible, witty and professional. (Plus she has a great smile that lights up a room)

I moved into Villa Reanna as someone living on their own for the first time and it was a pretty good experience! The application process was a nightmare (there was a new person every time I called to check up and one guy lost half of my application) while they changed around office employees but once that was all settled everything was fine! The girls at the office now are great and very, very nice and helpful. Maintenance comes right away if you have an issue. I am a student at FSU and was very happy when I saw Villa Reanna was run by a business called "Student Housing Solutions" but beware: ANYONE can live there, not just students! I had some issues with loud neighbors (but that is an issue at any apartment complex.) I never felt unsafe or sketched out which is VERY important to me. The apartments themselves are older and need to be updated but all in all they are decent! The bedrooms and living rooms are pretty big as well! I subleased mine from someone so they never cleaned the apartment when she left and when I moved in it was pretty disgusting. I spent two days cleaning the entire place when I should have been moving my stuff in before school started.. so that was really weird. Parking as a resident is great; there are always spaces available! Visitor parking is strange. There aren't many visitor spots and to park in one, you're required to download an app and register your car. It's free to park in the visitor spots unless it's a game day at FSU (Saturday September-November) and then it's $20. The gates were recently fixed which is great and they just finished replacing all of the front doors. The pool is usually pretty clean and they have a fitness center but I've literally never seen anyone use it. The location is probably the BEST part about Villa Reanna. It is a 10 minute walk or so to campus and Doak, there is a bus stop right across the street at the famous Gordos, and there are many restaurants in the area. Also Publix is right down the street. Only a 10-15 minute drive to get to I-10. All in all, I'd rate Villa Reanna 7/10!
