Leakages and flooding multiple years in a row and have had struggles with the gym. Bad air filtration and is always leaking and humid as well.

Living here for the past three years has been a roller coaster. The location is great and the amenities have improved, but the rats and broken elevators will always be in the back of my mind.

I’ve overall had a great experience living at the Rowe. It’s the quality you’d expect from a college town apartment complex for its price and location. Definitely some noise issues on weekends, and elevators break every once in a while.
