I have had a roof leak since the tornado my roof is currently leaking everyone it rains and the roof is starting to cave in. We havent been offered another unit and no one has came to fix it they won’t even put a tarp on the roof to stop the leaking. Office staff do not show any concern or care about the living situation.

The management is a joke, and don't care about anything. Their website shows newly renovated apartments, but that is not what you get. The apartments are old and patched up.

A change of ownership without a change in management will never improve anything, so to think that wouldn’t apply to college club/park at bristol is a slap in the face to the residents. from random fees to maintenance request being completely ignored. do yourself a favor and don’t.
