Misleading

Do NOT rent at this place. They are misleading and they lie straight to your face. When we rented a place for our daughter last April, they told us to put her name in the parking wait list but that it wouldn't be a problem. They said she was #8 on the list. They assured an answer by the begining of the school year. Then they said we would get an answer in September. Not only that, other people have been told they are #8 as well. She moved to #7 and now #8 again. How come? She has been parking at... a garage which has been extremely inconvenient and unsafe for her. This is not what we signed up for. We would have never rented at this place if we knew this was going to be the case. We contacted the manager and he did NOTHING and now they are saying that she won't get a spot. This is UNACCEPTABLE! How can they build a place with so many residents and so few parking spots? This is ridiculous. We will look at a different place and move her out of there.

We arch out for hidden charges

This apartment is OK from a amenity and location standpoint. They had a bunch of hidden charges especially on move out. When I called to question the charges that were assessed they were unable to provide any actual back up for any of them. Only move here if you like to be ripped off

Going to resign!

I have lived here for a year, and I can safely say this is one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. The amenities are SO nice, and it feels like I live at a resort. The pool area at night with the lights are so pretty, and I have met so many of my friends here. During COVID, I felt safe 100% of the time because all of the amenities fulfilled all of my needs, so I never felt the need to leave. 10/10 recommend living here.

Love this place!!

This is my first year living at Vox Tallahassee, and it has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in while in Tallahassee, and it’s not super expensive like all of the places in collegetown! The apartments are brand new, and the kitchens and bathrooms here are the biggest I’ve seen in Tally for student apartments. Amenities here are super nice, the pool feels like a resort, and the clubhouse is one of my favorite places to study! Staff here are super responsive and friendly, and I’ve had all of... my maintenance requests completed within a day. We also have a parking garage which is super nice because I can park on the same floor I live on, and I’ve never had any issues finding a spot! I would definitely recommend this apartment to all of my friends!
