Overall, this complex is below average. Especially compared to other places in tally, this isn't worth the price for what you're getting and how far it is from campus. Wouldn't recommend. When I moved in parking was supposed to be free, there was supposed to be a large recreational area with multiple courts. "Brand new apartments." All of this was a lie. My room wasn't even cleaned out before I moved in let alone the things they said the complex would have. There was glass in my tub drain. No sealant on the windows. Broken AC. Guest parking is closer to units than resident parking unless you pay for reserved now. Taking out the trash is a nightmare if you're not in a building close to the compactor. I've had package go missing. Mold. Broken fire alarms that went off for hours for entire building because they couldn't turn it off. List goes on. Again... Do. Not. Reccommend.
