Great place
Love living at seminoles Flatts, best apartment complex for Student Housing. Appliances are energy efficient, nice saltwater pool. Good Management!

Great Appartment Complex!
The staff is always super friendly and maintenance orders are normally completely on the same day that they are requested. Also they have free food every Friday for lunch! Also, it is within walking distance to campus.

False bills and double charging for utilities.
We have paid the backed electricity bill for our apartment that was sent to us weeks after our lease ended. We are being BILLED AGAIN for another backed electricity bill that came out of nowhere. We have not lived there in two months!!!!! So how are we being charged twice for backed electricity for an apartment that was unoccupied? And I am confused on why we are being charged $500 for damages, especially when we did a walk through and was told EVERYTHING was fine....?! I took before and after pictures of the unit and we will not be tricked into paying an electricity bill twice and charged for false damages! I will need to talk to someone because this place will over charge you for utility and false damages.

AMAZING
This apartment complex is incredible. The maintenance staff are so friendly and the management staff are instantly helpful. The complex is less than a 5 min walk to several building on campus and a 2 minute bus ride. It is a hidden gem for being so close to campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, everyone says hello and if anyone sees you struggling getting groceries up the stairs they are willing to lend a hand. I think the main strong points of the complex is that it is a quite, calm and safe. The upgraded windows on all units allow for almost complete silence. I am a current resident and if I didn't have to relocate for a job I would stay here as long as possible.
