Amazing changes
I have been living here since 2022 and the new staff have done a fantastic job, the pest control have improved a lot, i don't have any problems anymore, grounds are so clean, the buildings look better and there are no longer people hanging around the stairs. Thank you!!! I love it here

Management is incompetent.
With the new manager, I've come home and found notices from pest control on my kitchen counter. The staff will just enter your apartment whenever without sending you any type of notice.
When they do water line maintenance, they shut your water off with no notice. Not before, during or after.
People packages get stolen all the time. The office will tell you is install a door camera, then they will charge you for damages to the door.
