Awesome place to live!

We have lived here for a couple months now and we love it! The property is well-maintained. Any maintenance request is fixed usually the same day no matter how big or small the problem. This apartment has been surprisingly quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We have had no issues at all and look forward to living here a long time.

Suburb response time to deal with all the things that can go wrong,be it a leaky faucet, noisy refrigerator,or a sensitive smoke detector.The landscape maintenance is suburb, and the staff are both responsive and friendly.

Amazing Property BUT.....

I have lived here since early last year and honestly I love it! BUT I do have one problem. Some residents have propane grills on their balconies and in the lease it says NO Propane Grills are allowed on the balconies. I would really hate for an accident to happen with a propane grill in the building I live in. When I contacted the office staff they said they would take care of it. Have they taken care of it? NO they have not. My neighbors like to grill all the time with their propane grill. To... me I think the Office Staff needs to get it together and start enforcing this rule that is listed in the lease. God for bid something bad happens with a propane grill, I will not be happy and I'm sure other residents will not be happy either. So please Arbor Landing do something about the grills before you have a bigger problem on your hands!!!

Huge bedrooms, excellent appliances,very quick maintenance responses,ample parking, the property is maintained with constant landscaping upkeep,also they constantly positively interact with tenants by having contests offering various prizes and occasionally offer different food treats such as morning coffee and pastries as you leave the complex for work.

The apts are very spacious. The grounds are always kept up and clean. The staff are always willing to go beyond to help the tenants. The maintenance guys are always professional and quick to respond. I will be reneweing my lease for sure. Safe for the kids to ride bikes and go for walks. Take a tour. You wont regret it.
