second year renewing
I am very happy with how the service has improved over the past year. Im closed to campus, my room is spacious and I love having the extra space with my own bathroom. I can see that management has been trying to make things better. Im overall happy to live here.

Good Student Housing for the money
I signed my renewal for next year- not everything is perfect but better than other properties I stayed at. Great amenities and everything in my apartment works or gets fixed if I need it.

Terrible facility
Sooo many problems with the facility and management. Most stuff if it doesn't work, already it will break very soon. Our apartments and individual rooms are built very poorly. One resident's floor foundation completely fell through. They do not regulate parking so even if you do live here there is a high chance you may be towed. The A/C in my apartment has not worked for my entirety of living and they have shown zero urgency to address this issue or any other issues I've brought up. The manager and her staff are quite clueless and disrespectful. Even if you submit your insurance they will charge you. When living here you are paying for amenities that may never work or that you will never get to use. Please do not live here if you love yourself I made a mistake!!!

Horrible Service
This place is disgusting! No excuses . My little was supposed to be moving in and the room was filthy ! Like they didn't even clean it AT ALL from previous tenants. Not only that! They don't answer the phone or respond professionally. I wouldn't be surprised if it was mold infested . DO BETTER
