Ongoing AC Problems and Poor Maintenance Response
My rating for this apartment complex is very poor. I have faced repeated heating and AC problems. The heat did not work properly during winter, and I was without a working AC for nearly 3 months (March, April, and May). Despite numerous maintenance requests, I was repeatedly told it was a warranty issue and that they were waiting on the company. After months of delays, the problem remained unresolved. Prospective tenants should carefully consider the property's maintenance response and repair times before signing a lease.

Poor
These apartments are not worth the money we are paying the maintenance men never know what they are doing I been having problems with different things in this apartment since I been living here.

The property is nice and Iike the new upgrades!
I recently moved in and I really enjoy the location, pretty trees and they painted and added new gym, dog station, playground and pool updates. Has more personality.
