Funds to move in & due dates:
• Security Deposit/ Reservation fee $1450- Due within 48 hours of application approval. • First Month’s Rent & monthly fees due at least 10 days before move in. (We will prorate based on move in date. That credit will apply to month #2) • One-Time $100 Admin Fee **If standard timelines cannot be met due to delayed payment, a rushed move-in, or a change to the scheduled move-in date, the administrative fee will increase accordingly.**
