The home is not held for you until we have the $! • First Month’s Rent & monthly fees due at least 10 days before move in. Total- $1515 (We will prorate based on move in date. That credit will apply to month #2) • One-Time $100 Admin Fee If you can't follow the timelines listed and need to pay closer to move in date, rush your move in date, or change your move in date, the administration fee will increase because this means we have to ignore other clients and laser focus on your move.
