•Community Association approval is required (nothing scary, just paperwork and people pretending to be official)

Monthly Fees in addition to the rent:

You have your own renter's insurance that meets the criteria? No problem! Fee drops to $38.05.

We will prorate from the day of move in and credit prorations to month #2.
• $115 Administrative Fee (This amount will increase for rush processing request and request to change set timelines once application is approved. (The plot twist you require may come at a production cost.)
