Maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Maximum size of 25lbs. The pet rent and pet fee is set depending upon breed of animal.

Combined monthly income of all applicants must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. The Application Fee of $70.00 + $5.00 processing fee per adult applicant is non-refundable. All persons aged 18 and older that will be residing at the property must apply and pay the Application Fees (as well as any consignors). We check credit scores, credit history, eviction history, and criminal backgrounds. We call previous landlords. We need proof of income and we call to verify employment and or income. During the term of the lease the tenant is required to secure and maintain a liability insurance policy in an amount of not less than $100,000.00.
